As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Role As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down daily store operations as needed and drive sales while maintaining exceptional guest service.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You're a people leader: you motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, model strong service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room, and hold associates accountable.
• You’ve got an eye for talent and a love of training: you recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and train/develop associates to deliver outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. You motivate and celebrate outstanding performance.
• You're a visual and operational innovator: you execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity is your middle name: you maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and do the right thing—always.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
