Overview

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work to make your store a success. An 8+ week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work within a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

Employees may work in hot environments around steam and food vapors. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adapting to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Effective verbal communication and conflict management skills are essential.
