A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Brentwood, CA area.
Position:The General Manager will oversee all studio functions, including sales and operations.
Requirements:- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Confidence in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Solution-oriented, results-driven, with a competitive spirit
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously
- Passion for fitness
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public
- Proficiency with computers and studio management software
- College Degree preferred
- This is a full-time role requiring flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
- Implement sales processes to convert prospects into members
- Drive membership and retail sales
- Manage staff schedules
- Supervise sales staff and instructors
- Make high-level customer service decisions independently
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Participate in community events and promotions
- Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Perform other duties as assigned
