Compensation: Base salary with incentive plan, company vehicle, phone allowance, and travel support

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Northern California, working closely with municipalities and public agencies that are investing in modern, forward-thinking infrastructure.
Your Role- Develop Trusted Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for cities, counties, utilities, and public agencies, guiding them through lighting and infrastructure solutions.
- Expand Regional Presence: Grow brand visibility and specification activity with engineers, designers, and decision-makers throughout the territory.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Work alongside internal specification, contractor, and project support teams to ensure opportunities are fully supported from early planning through installation.
- Track & Capture Opportunities: Monitor upcoming public projects, RFPs, and infrastructure initiatives to position solutions early.
- Present Technical Solutions: Communicate product capabilities clearly -- from architectural poles and pedestrian lighting to solar-ready and connected systems.
- 5+ years of experience in outdoor lighting, municipal sales, or related infrastructure markets
- Established relationships within Northern California's public sector or lighting community
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Independent, organized, and motivated -- comfortable managing a large territory
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern California
