** Branch*
* ** Logistics Coordinator & Trainee Engineer
** to be based out of Brentwood, to support our team of Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFX) Engineers.

The main goal of this role is to coordinate all aspects of the supply chain operations and warehousing within branch, whilst delivering to our customer sites and also supporting Engineers with the installation of Fire Extinguishers (full, ongoing training provided) and AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators).
*** This position is an excellent entry point for an aspiring engineer, offering full training and development toward achieving BAFE certification. It provides a solid foundation for progressing into a long‑term engineering career.

** What You Will Be Doing As A Logistics Coordinator & Trainee Engineer
** This is a busy and varied role supporting our PFX team across Stores, the office, and out in the field. Around 50–60% of your day will be spent on the road assisting Engineers with fire extinguisher and AED (defibrillator) installations, as well as making deliveries to customers and satellite branches. The role includes extensive driving across North London, with some South London coverage.
** Key duties include:
*** Supporting Stores with processing incoming deliveries
* Picking and packing orders
* Organising dispatch and delivery of goods
* Delivering to customers, satellite branches, and remote Engineers
* Ensuring products are stored safely and clearly labelled
* Maintaining accurate stock levels in line with the warehouse management system
* Commissioning fire extinguishers
* Installing fire extinguishers on customer sites
* Installing and servicing AEDs
* Supporting Engineers on-site
* Promoting Chubb solutions while on customer premises (commission available)
* Communicating effectively with the sales team
* Contributing to continuous improvement of warehouse processes to enhance customer service

* Working Hours:

** 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday (start times between 7.00am/8.00am)
** What We Would Like You To Bring
*** Ideally have experience working in a warehouse or logistics (not essential)
* Have strong IT skills across Word, Excel and Outlook
* Highly organised
* Be customer focused with the ability to build relationships
* Have good written and verbal communication skills
* A real can-do attitude
* Full UK driving licence essential (50% of our day will be in the field)
