Hiring Now!! Full-time, In-Clinic Occupational Therapist to join a community of dedicated therapy professionals. Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and NPA (Non-public agency) with decades of experience providing quality services in pediatrics. We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in the East Bay Area. You will evaluate patients, provide therapy, write reports, and supervise a COTA (if needed) in a clinical setting. Supportive teammates and engaging caseload. Must have a current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or Eligible.

• Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis
• Provide in-person, clinic-based therapy
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Supervise a COTA (if needed) that helps clinic patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
• Write clinical SOAP notes
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills, commitment, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
