Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of Product, an enterprise-grade, AI-powered commodities trading platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex global commodity markets and advanced Artificial Intelligence/Natural Language Machine (NLM) technologies. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate the needs of traders, analysts, and executives into a scalable intelligence layer that provides predictive insights, margin optimization, and explainable AI outputs for GCC-centric and global operations.

• Product Strategy & Vision:
  Define and execute the product roadmap for AI Product, ensuring it evolves from a reporting tool into a comprehensive intelligence layer for commodities trading.
• AI-NLM Feature Development:
  Lead the requirements gathering and feature definition for the Conversational AI interface, enabling users to interact with complex trading data using natural language.
• Predictive Intelligence Management:
  Oversee the development of predictive modeling for commodity price forecasting (short/long term), margin optimization, and scenario stress testing.
• Stakeholder & Phase Management:
  Manage the 24-month phased delivery plan, transitioning the platform from Core Engineering (Phase
  1) to Advanced Predictive Intelligence and Global Expansion (Phase
  2).
• Risk & Compliance Oversight:
  Ensure the platform integrates geopolitical, logistical, and market sentiment analysis while adhering to UAE and international regulatory environments.
• Explainable AI (XAI) Governance:
  Define standards for explainable AI outputs to ensure trust, governance, and auditability for executive-level decision support.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of AI/ML engineers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure technical feasibility and commercial alignment.
• Data Ingestion Strategy:
  Coordinate the integration of diverse data streams, including market feeds, logistics, ERP, FX, and global news, into a unified Data Ingestion Layer.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; specialized training in Fintech or AI Product Management is a plus.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on commodities trading, financial platforms, or AI-driven SaaS products.
• Core Domain Expertise:
  Deep understanding of global commodity trade life cycles, risk exposure modelling, and counter party/credit analysis.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, NLP/LLM orchestration, and cloud-native modular architectures.
• Methodology & Tools:
  Proven experience working within Agile + Stage-Gate methodologies to manage complex, multi-year project life cycles.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  Knowledge of GCC-market operations and data protection standards relevant to the UAE and international trading hubs.
• Professional Attributes:
  Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to mitigate risks related to data quality, AI explainability, and user adoption.
• Communication:
  Strong ability to communicate "Explainable Intelligence" to non-technical stakeholders and transform human-readable insights into actionable trading strategies.
