Ingatestone & Fryerning C of E Junior School which is part of the Mid Essex Anglican Academy Trust is seeking to appoint two Mid-Day Assistants to join our dedicated team of lunchtime support staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting our students during lunchtime and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Salary for 7.5 hours per week: £4,316.62 - £4,382.40;
Salary for 3.00 hours per week: £1,726.65 - £1,752.96

Working hours:

11:45am - 1:15pm Monday to Friday, term time only (38 weeks per year). One position for 3.00 hours per week and the other for 7.5 hours per week.

• Supervising students during lunchtime and ensuring their safety and well-being
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values
• Assisting with the set-up and clearing away of lunchtime equipment and facilities
• Providing basic first aid if required
• Liaising with other members of staff and parents if necessary

• A friendly and approachable manner
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A commitment to promoting the school's values and ethos
• A willingness to undertake any necessary training
