Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a range of construction projects. You will be involved in all aspects of project financial management, including procurement, cost reporting, valuations, and final accounts.

This is a hands‑on role where you will work closely with site teams and management, giving you practical experience and the chance to develop your commercial skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Price and forecast the cost of materials and labour
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Track design and construction changes and update cost projections
• Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Measure and value completed works and manage the commercial programme
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, site managers, and engineers
• Source and select construction materials
• Produce commercial and financial reports
• Maintain awareness of current construction contracts
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
• Previous site or commercial experience is desirable but not essential
