Nursery Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Term Time only Nursery Manager. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognized early years qualification and have experience in nursery management or deputy nursery management. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is looking for an opportunity to lead a supportive team, a natural leader who is highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and creative.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and SEND
• Experience in staff supervision, training and performance management

• Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained.
• Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote children's development in line with early years frameworks.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and maintain accurate records.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide training and support to staff to enhance their professional development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
