Maintenance - Technician

Overview

Maintenance Technician role at JCDecaux, an inclusive employer and a member of my Gwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and cleaning on JCDecaux assets.
• Report damage and repair within agreed SLA.
• Keep vehicle stocked with tools and equipment.
• Produce high quality standard work on each asset.
• Report hazards following correct procedure.

• Work to agreed SLAs and quality standards.
• Work within safe systems and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Report accidents, hazards and near misses immediately.
• Comply with current Health & Safety regulations.
• Undertake reasonable lifting and work at heights within safety guidelines.
• Wear correct PPE when necessary.

• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Adaptable & reliable: comfortable working outdoors at height across varied environments.
• Team-oriented & customer-focused: strong communication skills.
• Problem solver: initiative and sound judgment to tackle challenges under pressure.
• Skilled & safety-conscious: competent with hand/power tools, literate and numerate, adhere to safety guidelines.

Company van for commute or travel allowance, mobile phone, PPE and all equipment to complete your work. Training provided: all job specific training, external training like HGV, Forklift, electrical qualifications may be offered.

• Contract:
  
  Part-time (entry level).
• Hours:
  
  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm.
• Routes:
  Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Camden and other London boroughs.
• Bonus: 8.33% based on individual & company.
