IT Apprentice; Level 3 – ICT

About the Role

Renault Retail Group (RRG) is seeking an enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our IT Technical Support Team.

This is an ideal first step into a long-term IT career, combining handson technical experience with a fully funded Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship provided by our partner Just IT Training.

You’ll support both our IT Service Desk and onsite operations, helping to prepare devices, assist colleagues, resolve basic issues and gain valuable insight into how a professional IT function operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervised firstline technical support to colleagues.
• Assist with account setup, MFA, password resets and user onboarding.
• Help configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support with Microsoft 365, Windows OS and basic networking tasks.
• Assist engineers onsite with equipment setup and project work.
• Learn and apply structured troubleshooting methods.
• Uphold our SHIFT values in all interactions.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is curious, reliable, and eager to begin a career in IT.

Requirements include:

• Strong interest in technology any handson exposure is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Located in the South East
  , suitable for travel across London, Bristol and South Wales.
• Comfortable with up to 25% travel
  , including occasional overnight stays for project work.
• Willing to maintain a CPD log throughout the apprenticeship.

Competence, initiative and attitude are all highly valued.
