We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting and Auditing Volunteer to support our charity’s financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Your expertise will help ensure the financial health and transparency of our charity, enabling us to continue providing vital services to those in need. By ensuring our financial records are accurate and compliant, you will play a key role in maintaining donor trust and securing future funding.

• Accounting, finance, or auditing experience.
• Managing financial records and ledgers.
• Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Help ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately.
• Support the preparation of documents for external audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and financial health.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement accounting best practices.
