A supportive primary school in Brentford is seeking an experienced and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in Year 4 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour
. This role is ideal for someone calm, consistent, and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and behavioural needs
• Implement strategies to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Assist with tailored learning activities and personalised interventions
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and external professionals
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing environment

• Located in Brentford with great transport links
