ABOUTTHE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll take a proactive lead in developing and executing innovative multi‑channel social media and content creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to create content that has measurable impact on our brand's growth within a supportive, fast‑paced, and creative environment. You'll also be expected to:
- Own, develop, and execute social media and content strategies that align with overall brand objectives and campaign goals, ensuring our visual presence reflects our brand mission across all relevant platforms.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In, including photos, videos, stories, and reels, that captivates our audience and drives the brand forward. This includes a strong emphasis on creating high‑quality content directly on an iPhone.
- Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and trend monitoring, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely responses.
- Proactively develop and execute fresh content ideas and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, foster strong engagement, and contribute directly to our growth in the online gifting space.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to source and coordinate high‑quality visual assets for optimal use across all social media and marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation, bringing innovative and actionable insights to the team.
- Actively contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns that push boundaries and elevate our brand.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross department to film content and ensure a cohesive brand message across all touch points.
- Organise and maintain a well‑structured library of digital content assets for easy access and future use.
- Ensure content is optimised for various social media platforms to maximise reach and impact.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 1–2 years in a social media or content creation role, with a strong online portfolio and successful campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In).
- Demonstrable expertise in creating compelling visual content (photos and videos) using an iPhone, with a keen understanding of mobile content best practices.
- Proficient with photo and video editing software relevant to mobile content creation and social media platforms for content review and strategic input.
- Demonstrable experience with creating and managing engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In, with a solid understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for performance optimisation.
- A highly creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, coupled with the ability to proactively envision and propose innovative content strategies that deeply resonate with our brand's mission.
