Position: Document Controller (Permanent)
Document Controller – Residential Project (Brentford)

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a well-established construction and development company on a high-quality residential project in Brentford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in document control to become part of a professional and collaborative team delivering exceptional homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage, organise and maintain all project documentation, drawings, and correspondence.

* Ensure version control, accurate filing, and document distribution in line with company and project procedures.

* Liaise with site teams, design consultants, and subcontractors to ensure information flows smoothly.

* Support project management and commercial teams with document tracking and reporting.

* Maintain compliance with internal quality systems and industry standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects.

* Familiarity with common document control platforms (such as Viewpoint, Aconex, Asite, or similar).

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the project team.

* A steady employment history demonstrating reliability and consistency.
