Repairs Caseworker
South West London (Hybrid)
3 month contract with possibility of extension

You'll be the key point of contact for repairs cases, keeping customers informed throughout their journey while supporting internal teams and contractors to resolve repairs efficiently. You’ll manage complex and escalated cases, coordinate access and appointments, oversee short‑term decants, and analyse performance data to drive service improvement.

• Manage and update repairs cases using digital systems
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Handle complex, high‑risk and escalated repairs end to end
• Support complaints, SARs, and personal injury claims
• Proactively manage purchase orders and performance reporting
• Keep customers informed and agree programmes of work

• Proven experience in customer service within property maintenance/repairs
• Comfortable managing high volumes of work under pressure
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Confident using digital systems (e.g. Microsoft CRM)
• Good understanding of repairs obligations and GDPR
