The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of highways and infrastructure projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure schemes are delivered profitably and in line with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing subcontractor procurement and payments Preparing and submitting interim applications and variations Cost reporting and forecasting Supporting contract administration (NEC experience beneficial) Working collaboratively with site teams and clients Identifying and managing commercial risk

This role offers genuine responsibility and exposure across live projects.
