Spherion - Up to $16.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Shipment Verification:
Match incoming goods against purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BOLs) to ensure accuracy in quantity and product type;
Unloading & Staging:
Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to unload trucks and move materials to designated storage areas;
Inventory Entry:
Use an ERP system or handheld scanner to log received goods, assign lot numbers, and print labels for traceability;
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and temperature logs to satisfy FDA and internal audit requirements;
Safety &
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized receiving dock, ensuring FIFO rotation is strictly followed
