Responsibilities- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention, creating inclusive, personalized, elevated experiences.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each customer and build trust.
- Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.
- Stay focused during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized while maintaining customer experience as the top priority.
- Leverage company tools, resources, and team support, remaining calm, clear, and prioritizing the customer when changes or challenges arise.
- Be flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed, embracing coaching and change with professionalism.
- Be curious, ask questions, and take feedback seriously to continually improve work.
- Bring energy and intention to every shift, collectively driving results by meeting store goals and using tools and training resources.
- Hold yourself to a high standard of excellence, fostering a high‑performing culture through consistency and accountability.
- Communicate openly and with professionalism, listening actively, and contributing to a team culture built on support and trust.

- Full‑time availability with open hours.
- Minimum age 18.
- Passion for customer service and genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and accept feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- A fan of SKIMS, our products, and our values.
- Ability to stand, remain physically active, and move around all areas of the store for 100% of the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly during shift.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
