Production Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join their team. As a Production Manager, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting the manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving within a food manufacturing environment.

Production Manager

• Develop and implement production plans aligned with company goals and customer demands.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Lead, motivate, and train production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout all stages of production.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within a bakery or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA regulations).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
