Caregiver La Grange, TX

We are looking for the best Caregivers in La Grange, TX and surrounding areas, to work at La Grange, Bastrop, Smithville & Cedar Creek, at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and looking to start as soon as possible!

Schedule:

Part time (Flexible schedules)

Base pay: $15 - $18 an hour

Special requirements:
Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home

CAREGIVER MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

A Caregiver duties:

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
