Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist for an open position in Brenham, Texas. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Our facilities are primarily long-term care.

• Provide quality patient care as an Occupational Therapist in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan and implement therapies.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
• Hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification or be eligible for certification.
• Currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where applicable) as an Occupational Therapist.
