Plumb Level in Brenham, TX is seeking a part-time Plumbing Receptionist/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The position offers a competitive wage of $14-$20 per hour and a supportive office environment.

• Handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general assistance with booking plumbing-related jobs.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working quickly and efficiently.
• Work Monday through Friday during regular office hours (approximately 25-30 hours per week) with the possibility of an after-hours call rotation.

• Customer service experience
