Overview
Position: Operations Specialist/Electronic Services
ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex operational and accounting functions to support bank operations, including but not limited to wire and ACH processing, exception item processing, EFT Error and Fraud mitigation and assisting bank staff with customer service issues.
QualificationsQualifications
Required:
Minimum skills include at least one year of job-related experience, a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and good customer service skills.
