Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Overview

Join to apply for the Teller role at Citizens State Bank (CSB).

• Receive and pay out money, and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Cash checks with assigned limits
• Accept deposits, withdrawals, verifying signatures
• Promote the company’s services, answer customer questions and direct customers to appropriate departments
• Maintain current working knowledge of CSB handbook, policy and procedures
• Perform branch clerical duties
• Report to work as scheduled, on time, and prepared to start work
• Other duties as required

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment
• Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers
• Able to move up to 25 pounds and able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity
• Able to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
• Starting pay at $16+ per hour
