This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new delivery program in the area. You will play a crucial role in recruiting local businesses to join a delivery partner program. Working closely with a Field Manager and local contractors, you will visit prospective businesses, present program opportunities, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals, and coordinate recruitment events.

This role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission potential.

Responsibilities
  • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a one-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest and applications.
  • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activities in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with local influencers, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets and enter activity into Salesforce weekly.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience in outside/field sales is required.
  • CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.

    • Ability to travel up to two hours round‑trip daily.

    This position supports the Tacoma, WA market with three delivery stations in Bremerton, WA, and three in Lakewood, WA. The role requires being in the field 4-5 days a week, with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home for follow‑up and administrative tasks. Benefits include two weeks of PTO after a six‑month performance review, uncapped commission, mileage reimbursement at 70 cents per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense.

    This role offers the opportunity to build community partnerships with small businesses.

    Pay And Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
