RN - Dialysis

Available shifts include 10-13 hour AM and PM shifts, any day Monday - Saturday.

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients. The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans as per standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient's care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.

• Oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care.
• Provide education to patients regarding their treatment.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians.
• Adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications as necessary.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with the care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.

• Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required.
• Previous dialysis experience is required.
• Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
