OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within Washington State. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, strategic vision, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to business development, process improvement, and team supervision to ensure each restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
Duties- Lead and manage multiple restaurant teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and enhance overall performance
- Oversee financial performance, including profit & loss management, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Supervise restaurant managers and staff, providing coaching, training, and leadership development
- Drive business development initiatives to increase sales and expand customer base
- Monitor daily operations to ensure quality service, cleanliness, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all locations

--> - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster team growth
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on marketing strategies, new initiatives, and operational changes
- Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics
- Proven management experience within the QSR industry, preferably at a multi-unit level
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and project management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial metrics
- Supervising experience with a focus on staff development and performance management
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
