- You will serve as a Program Analyst, supporting and advising the Principal Assistant Program Manager.
- You will work with a programmatic and technical team of civilians, military and contractors in the prototyping, design, integration, production, and test of submarine-integrated specialized mission systems.
- You will use a high-level of judgment to a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, that include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other areas, requiring the ability to correlate and corroborate information into reports/records.
- You will analyze and evaluate program requirements and resources and perform program reviews to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness across programming, budgeting, and procurement activities.
- You will also provide recommendations, courses of action, or corrective actions to support improvements.
- You will develop and deliver a wide range of substantive oral and written presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders, and communicate results and recommendations based on your analyses.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition
Functional Area
and category assigned to the position is required within established category time frames. - Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
