- Starting salary range: $86,611.20 – $96,345.60
- Collaborative supervision
- First responder pay: $1,800.00 per year
- Performance‑based pay: up to $8,000.00 per year
- Licensure pay $250.00 per pay period (twice per month)
- Bi‑lingual fluency stipend ($100–200 per pay period) for Spanish, English or other languages, tiered by proficiency and client needs
- Extensive training in multiple clinical approaches and other areas
- Daily and weekly supervision and support with a Clinical Supervisor as needed
- 12 paid holidays + 1 personal holiday per year
- 3 weeks vacation per year

- Provide family‑oriented, strength‑based mental health services for children and families in their homes and community settings.
- Work flexible schedules; participate in an on‑call rotation with other clinicians and clinical care coordinators.
- Collaborate with families and community services for long‑term safety and stability.
- Serve as a catalyst for change, offering innovative approaches and challenging traditional service traditions.
- Lead service planning with humility, passion for the mission, and compassionate, respectful interactions.
- Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining cultural competence and meeting clients in homes and community locations.
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent accredited degree.
- Knowledge of Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) principles preferred.
- Passion for helping families stay together.
- Natural ability to work with others using a strengths‑based approach.
- Demonstrated cultural competence in multicultural situations.
- Energetic, innovative style for engaging children, youth, and family members.
- Enthusiastic and optimistic approach; encourages ongoing participation of all involved.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to assess safety in community and family homes.
- Flexible schedule preference over traditional 8‑5, Monday‑Friday position.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations.
- Successful background clearance and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
