Schedules for this position:
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Monday through Friday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), you will play a key role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician (BCBA), you will help clients work toward meaningful progress using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

What You'll Do:Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical supervision
Accurately collect and report session data
Ensure client safety, dignity, and privacy (HIPAA)
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality care
Current Washington State CBT or RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain it)
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ ABA (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, consistent and compassionate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
