Role SummaryAs a Personal Care Assistant - Caregiver
, you will make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives by assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and supporting personal care needs. Your day begins with purpose and ends with fulfillment as you help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

To Succeed, You Will Need- To be 18+ years
- To have reliable personal transportation
- To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
