Responsibilities include:

Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls to provide an exceptional client experience resulting in scheduled reservations.

Master and follow all training materials, including inbound service call guides and strategic responses, to accurately answer guest questions.

Stay current with service specials, direct mail pieces, and recall notices from manufacturers.

Use the Blueprint Knowledge Drive to find answers to guest questions before transferring calls to a Service Advisor.

Follow the 'Client Care Center Policies and Procedures' manual and all guiding principles of the auto group.

Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators for client service.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
One year of retail sales, clerical, or related experience.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
