Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays occur, associates are prepared to support during busier times. The role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and merchandise handling proficiency.
