Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Head of Projects (m/f/d) in Bremen, Germany.

• Lead and further develop the project team at the Bremen location
• Take responsibility for revenue, results, and operational management in collaboration with branch management
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual business plan (investments, costs, revenue, and staffing)
• Drive the strategic development of the site, including customer and market analysis
• Manage and expand customer relationships and actively participate in new business generation
• Oversee complex project shipments, including offer and contract management
• Collaborate with internal interfaces (Sales, Tender Management, Operations, HR)
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations (Compliance, HSE, SOPs)
• Manage quality and continuously optimize processes

• Completed vocational training or degree in forwarding, logistics, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in project forwarding with a focus on Heavy Lift and Break Bulk, ideally with an international scope
• Proven experience in leading (international) teams
• Solid knowledge of project management, contract management, and operational control
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel (national/international)
