Voor Peoples Republic in Breda ben ik op zoek naar een gedreven Recruitment Consultant. Je matcht talent met bedrijven en werkt veel met zzp’ers en gedetacheerden, wat het werk afwisselend en uitdagend maakt. Van werven en selecteren tot relatiebeheer en deals sluiten—jij regelt het.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je voert intakegesprekken en leert kandidaten écht kennen.
- Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en bouwt relaties op.
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opdrachtgevers en kansen.
- Je gebruikt creatieve wervingsstrategieën om de beste matches te maken.
- Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om je eigen ideeën uit te voeren.
