We’re looking for a hands-on Production & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a fast-paced plastics and extrusion environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on improving processes, developing teams, and driving operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily production performance while leading continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise equipment utilisation. You’ll champion lean manufacturing, deliver measurable improvements, and help build a culture where innovation and operational excellence are part of everyday operations.

What you’ll be doing :
Leading daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
Driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Optimising extrusion processes and improving equipment utilisation
Reducing waste and improving overall manufacturing performance
Developing and motivating production teams to deliver best-in-class results
