General Operative

Temporary ongoing to Brecon

£13.26 per hour + 33 Days Holiday + Overtime Opportunities

37 hours per week 7.30am to 3.30pm.

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Operators to join a busy recycling facility in Brecon. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and order.

• Picking and sorting recyclable materials (metal, glass, plastic) on the recycling line
• Cleaning work areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Sweeping and litter picking across the site
• Supporting general site operations as required
• Always following health and safety procedures

• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active role
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in an outdoor or industrial environment

• 33 Days Holiday
• Overtime at enhanced rate
• Great working hours
