# Area Delivery Manager## Job Introduction Join Landmarc, a joint venture between Mitie and Amentum, as an Area Delivery Manager. This high-profile position is crucial for overseeing operations across Sennybridge and Caerwent/Pwllholm, ensuring top-class customer service and efficient service delivery. With a focus on partnership and communication, this role is perfect for a commercially astute manager with experience and knowledge of both hard and soft facilities management.
* Annual salary of £52,550 plus a monthly car allowance of £600
* Opportunity to lead a team of 45 staff across multiple sites
* Be at the forefront of customer service and service delivery### Main Responsibilities
* Steer and manage an area operations team, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement and wellbeing
* Build and develop exceptional customer relationships using modern collaborative techniques
* Ensure all contractual, statutory, and maintenance requirements are met within KPI limits
* Oversee construction projects, including refurbishments and new facility developments
* Manage compliance with contract service modules, including budgeting, stakeholder management, and audits
* Deputise for the Regional Operations Manager as needed
* Support the regional management team with various activities, including investigations and training###

The Ideal Candidate
* Solid leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively
* A degree in Facilities Management or equivalent qualifications and experience
* Professional membership of a relevant association, such as IWFM, is desirable
* Knowledge of hard and soft FM services for multi-site operations
* Experience in developing service delivery plans and procedures
* Excellent planning, organisation, and customer service skills
* Ability to manage priorities in a rapidly changing environment
