HoursWe have both part time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full time (maximum 40 hours per week). Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep‑ins.
Salary and Benefits£12.74 per hour, sleep‑in shifts at £60 per night, and travel expenses paid at 45p per mile.

What you’ll be doingIn this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and set their own goals—whether it’s everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage their finances, or where to go on holiday.
As a trusted Support Worker, you’ll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well‑being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. By offering person‑centred support every day, this truly is a fun and rewarding role for the right person.
Who we are looking forNo experience required; full training is provided. We’d love to hear from you if you:
- have patience and empathy
- can support a person with their intimate personal care with respect and dignity
- have strong communication and teamwork skills
- are able to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people
- have good written skills and the ability to record events with empathy and meaning
- have a full driving licence – essential for transporting individuals to appointments and activities
- have access to your own car and are happy to use it for transporting people we support to and from activities and obtaining business insurance for your vehicle (which we cover at 45p per mile)
