QA Production Inspector – 1st Shift

Pay: $18.50/hr starting, $19.00/hr fully trained.

Monday‑Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

The Quality Inspector is responsible for quality control, determining whether assembled or packaged components/products meet predetermined specifications.

• Ensure all parts and orders comply with assembly instructions and quality guidelines.
• Verify part numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, and paperwork match the order request.
• Use manual and semiautomatic fixtures.
• Perform quality inspection of assembled or packaged components.
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Undergo cross‑functional training.
• Follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Enter data.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

• Ability to apply concepts of basic math.

• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Mental:
  Communicate effectively, analyze numbers, read written materials, comply with company policies, respond to feedback, maintain positive relationships, troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Physical:
  Hear and verbally communicate; lift up to 25 lbs; sit, stand, and walk for hours; moderate noise level; handle small components; see items 1/32” or smaller; good eye‑hand coordination; handle repetitive tasks.

Establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork.

Pneumatic gauges, pin gauges, digital calipers, computers, barcode scanners.

May be required to pass a drug, alcohol, and/or criminal background check.
