IT Support Intern/Associate (Part-Time), Corporate IT – Brecksville

We are seeking a part-time IT Support Intern/Associate to join our Corporate IT team in Brecksville, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for a current college student pursuing a degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or for a recent graduate looking to build practical experience in a dynamic, global environment.

This role is designed for approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full‑time position upon graduation for the right candidate.

• Provisioning and deployment of desktop and laptop computers using Microsoft tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot
• Troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues for end users
• Providing support for Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, Power Apps, etc.)
• Assisting with development and support of Microsoft online tools and applications
• Supporting and managing SharePoint environments including security settings and list management
• Providing mobile phone setup and support
• Participating in basic network and cybersecurity project tasks
• Assisting with SQL Server database support and development (optional)
• Supporting SAP MII development and administration (optional)
• Contributing to C# development for global operations tools (optional)

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline – or recent graduate (within the past year)
• Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to learn and support various IT functions across the organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Brecksville, Ohio
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week during standard business hours

• Exposure to Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, or Power Platform
• Familiarity with basic networking or cybersecurity concepts
• Programming experience in C# or SQL a plus
