Application Support Analyst (QA - SQL Focus)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to serve as the bridge between our end users and software development team. This role is responsible for investigating user-reported issues, reproducing bugs, analyzing application data using SQL, and translating functional problems into clear, actionable technical cases for engineering.

This is a hands-on, technical support role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data investigation, and working at the intersection of users and technology.

• 2+ years of experience in application support, QA, technical support,, or a similar role
• Working knowledge of SQL (SELECT statements, joins, filtering, basic data analysis)
• Experience troubleshooting software issues and reproducing defects
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly describe technical issues
• Ability to think logically and methodically when investigating problems
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical users

• Experience supporting web-based or enterprise applications
• Familiarity with bug tracking or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now)
• Basic understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Experience working closely with software development teams
