Journeyman Painter — Summit County Division | Breckenridge, CO

Mounting Pro is hiring a Journeyman Painter to work on high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Summit County. We specialize in luxury homes, lodges, and commercial sites in Colorado's mountain environments.

As a Journeyman Painter, you'll apply flawless finishes and take pride in exquisite work in a reputable company. This role demands speed, skill, and an eye for detail. You ll work with experienced teams to produce clean, lasting results in challenging mountain conditions.

• Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and learn to use professional spray equipment (Graco, Titan, etc.)
• Follow blueprints, job specs, and verbal instructions
• Handle prep work: masking, sanding, priming, and clean-up
• Maintain and troubleshoot spray systems
• Work confidently at heights: ladders, lifts, scaffolding
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates
• Stay safe and alert on active job sites

• 3 years of painting experience (residential or commercial preferred)
• Familiarity with airless and conventional spray systems
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at elevation
• Reliable transportation to Breckenridge/Summit County
• Fluent in either English or Spanish
• Bonus: experience with fine finishes like trim, doors, or cabinetry

• $25-$30/hour, based on experience
