Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily patient flow to ensure safety, optimal care, and patient satisfaction in the operating room.
• Triage incoming patient requests efficiently and coordinate care with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide clear patient education to enhance understanding of care plans and promote wellness.
• Safely administer medications, assist in surgical procedures, and perform patient assessments using strong critical thinking skills.
• Delegate nursing care appropriately in compliance with state regulations.
• Handle high volumes of patient communication regarding medications and treatment information.
• Work independently while adhering to HIPAA standards, organizational values, and fostering a culture of safety and respect.

• Minimum of one year of operating room nursing experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado or eligible compact state.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) mandatory.
• Competency with computer systems and online learning platforms within 90 days of employment.
• Proficient English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
