About the Role

Our Estimators are out in the field walking high-end residential and commercial projectsnot buried in spreadsheets all day. They build accurate, detailed takeoffs, write clear proposals, and serve as a reassuring point of contact for clients and contractors alike. If you've got technical chops and strong people instincts, this is the kind of role where both can thrive.

Who You Are

• You've got experience estimating painting or construction work
• You know coatings, prep, substrates, and how to scope a job
• You're a clear communicator who builds trust quickly
• You're organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• You've worked with estimating tools like STACK or PEP Cloud (or you're a quick learner)
• You're based inor planning to move to Summit County
• Bonus:
  You ski, hike, ride, or just plain love the mountains
