A leading care home provider in Brechin is seeking a dynamic Clinical Deputy Manager to oversee clinical care and lead the team. You will ensure residents receive high-quality, tailored care, support team training, and step in for the Home Manager as needed. The ideal candidate will be RGN or RMN qualified with clinical skills, a supportive approach, and experience with elderly residents.
