Logistics Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a freight forwarding professional with experience in import operations.

• Handle import shipments A-Z, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, delivery coordination, and billing
• Manage and monitor shipments from overseas agents and carriers to final delivery
• Work closely with customs brokers, truckers, and CY terminals to ensure smooth cargo release
• Review and prepare customs documentation, including ISF, entry filing support, and import permits
• Provide support on air freight and export operations when required
• Ensure all procedures comply with U.S. Customs and international shipping regulations
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and agents to resolve any shipment issues

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC operations
• Strong hands‑on experience in import operations (A‑Z) and customs clearance coordination
• Familiarity with CY‑door delivery process required
• Knowledge of air and export operations preferred
• Ability to read and interpret customs entry documentation and shipping terms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
