Monday - Saturday, 3AM - 3PM

• Safely operate Walking Floor Trailers to transport materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain the condition of the Walking Floor Trailers, reporting any issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials in a secure and efficient manner, following proper procedures.
• Complete required paperwork, such as logbooks and delivery receipts, accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and clients to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the Walking Floor Trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company guidelines for the proper disposal of materials.

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (required) with endorsements (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Class A Driver, with a focus on Walking Floor trailer operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to operate the vehicle; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

The Walking Floor Driver position offers a competitive salary range of $33,280.00 to $ per year, based on experience and performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with employer matching; and generous paid time off, as well as life insurance coverage.
